Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of the teams and tasks involved in publishing the William Morrow imprint.
• Learn publishing software and use them to assist in author communications and departmental functions.
• Read and evaluate submissions.
• Prepare submissions to literary awards.
• Execute administrative functions (mailings, memos, etc.).
• Contribute to preparation for the launch of upcoming titles.
• Attend meetings to network with editors and staff.
