Job summary

Hay House LLC is offering a part-time remote internship to read and evaluate fiction submissions under a senior editor's guidance. You will prepare concise reader reports detailing a manuscript's premise, strengths, areas for development, and potential fit.

You will also research comparable titles, authors, and current fiction trends, contributing to editorial decisions from a remote setting two days per week at $20/hour. This program is open to eligible U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a degree in English, Creative Writing, or Publishing.
• Strong interest in commercial genre fiction, including romantasy, cozy mysteries, and retellings.
