Job summary

Mansueto Ventures is seeking a one-year Editorial Fellowship in New York, supporting both Inc. and Fast Company. The role blends reporting, writing, and executive-support tasks, offering exposure to newsroom operations and leadership across two major titles.

Fellows will split time between reporting for Inc. and Fast Company while handling administrative duties for the CEO and editors. This hybrid role requires in-office presence on Tue–Thu at 7 World Trade Center; start date March 2027; hourly

Qualifications

• Recent undergrad or master’s degree recipient (Dec 2025 – Mar 2027).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple meetings and tasks concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Report and write for Inc. for six months, then for Fast Company for six months.
• Assist CEO and editors with scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.
• Submit CEO expenses and coordinate VIP visits with security and facilities teams.
• Observe or participate in meetings with visiting executives when appropriate.
• Balance approximately 15–16 hours weekly supporting leadership and 19–20 hours on editorial projects.
