Job summary

Mansueto Ventures Editorial Fellowship offers a one-year internship giving recent graduates exposure to journalism across Inc. and Fast Company, while providing visibility into business operations through executive support of the CEO and editors-in-chief.

This hybrid role requires weekly in-office presence on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 7 World Trade Center, New York, NY, with a target start date in March 2027. Hourly rate is $25, PTO and benefits eligible.

Qualifications

• Recent undergraduate or master's degree recipient.
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple meetings at once.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Office and other Office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
• Flexible team player who is willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.
• Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to keep company confidences.
• Interest in media and publishing industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support CEO and editors with meetings scheduling and travel arrangements.
• Assist with expenses submission for CEO.
• Greet VIP visitors and coordinate with security and reception.
• Support facilities on company gatherings and events.
• Spend time on editorial projects and administrative duties.
• Interact with journalists and leaders across Inc. and Fast Company.
