Job summary

Mansueto Ventures invites recent graduates to apply for a one-year Editorial Fellowship across Inc. and Fast Company. This hybrid role blends reporting, writing, and exposure to business operations at our New York offices.

The Fellow will split time between Inc. and Fast Company, with administrative duties supporting the CEO and editors, and opportunities to observe meetings with visiting executives. Expect a structured schedule and a curated curriculum.

Qualifications

• Recent undergraduate or master’s degree recipient between December 2025 – March 2027.
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple meetings at once.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Office and otherOffice productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
• Flexible team player who is willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.
• Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to keep company confidences.
• Interest in media and publishing industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Report and write for Inc. for six months, then for Fast Company for six months.
• Interact with journalists and business leaders across both titles.
• Assist CEO and editors with scheduling meetings and expenses.
• Arrange travel for the CEO and coordinate VIP visits.
• Support facilities and events planning; observe meetings with visiting executives.
• Balance editorial workload with administrative duties; follow a sample schedule.
