  • Editorial Board Management: Recruit, manage, and coordinate with editorial board members and reviewers, ensuring adherence to ethical standards.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with authors and reviewers to ensure high-quality publications, and commission review articles on key topics.
  • Journal Promotion and Outreach: Increase the journal's visibility and impact through strategic marketing, conference participation, and community engagement, and prepare annual development reports.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Ph.D. in a materials science or related field relevant to the journal's scope.
  • Proven experience in scientific publishing, preferably as an editor or associate editor.
  • Strong knowledge of open access and peer-review practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with research ethics and publication integrity.
