Hamilton Beach Brands, Inc. is seeking an Editor/Copywriter to lead strategy, creation, editing and proofreading of packaging, product launch kits, and direct-to-consumer content.

The hybrid role balances physical collateral with digital optimization and AI-driven discoverability to maximize AI and modern search engine visibility. You will partner with Creative, Digital Content, Digital Marketing, and Legal to ensure on-brand, legally substantiated copy across retail channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications (or related).
• Experience writing packaging collateral and product listings for major e-commerce platforms.
• Demonstrated understanding of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI-driven discoverability.

Responsibilities

• Lead copy strategy and creation for product launch kits and packaging collateral.
• Structure and optimize digital channel copy with GEO and AI-driven tactics.
• Act as final gatekeeper for tone, grammar, and house style across packaging and digital collateral.
• Collaborate with Creative, Digital Content, Digital Marketing and Legal teams.
