GE Aerospace in Grand Rapids is launching the Edison Engineering Development Program (EEDP), a two-year rotational engineering path designed to accelerate your professional growth through hands-on tasks, mentorship, and ACE training.

Graduates with a BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Computer Engineering, who show leadership, teamwork, and strong communication, will benefit from relocation support and a pathway to an MS degree after ACE completion.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• Graduation date between Dec 2025 and Jul 2027.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale without rounding.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Plan and perform assigned engineering tasks within SQDC framework.
• Collaborate with leaders to set goals for each rotation.
• Complete technical training with mentorship from world-class engineers.
• Apply engineering fundamentals to solve real-world problems while managing multiple priorities.
• Identify and share best practices regarding new analyses and methodologies.
• Incorporate LEAN principles into standard work.
