Job summary

An established law firm seeks an experienced eDiscovery professional to support complex litigation matters by managing electronic evidence, RelativityOne workflows, and analytics. You will collaborate with attorneys and project managers to ensure accurate, secure, and timely results, configure RelativityOne case databases, perform QA checks, and maintain meticulous chain-of-custody records.

Flexibility is required for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and hours beyond 40 per case deadlines.

Qualifications

• At least five years of litigation support experience using Relativity and advanced analytics in a law firm or eDiscovery service provider environment.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency, including workspace management, analytics, and scripting.
• Working knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS) principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, document production, quality control, and evidence tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including spreadsheet manipulation.
• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills when supporting attorneys and staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
