Job summary

Discovery Experts is seeking a full-time eDiscovery Consultant in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The role serves as the main client liaison, translating legal objectives into technical instructions and coordinating between trial counsel and technology professionals.

You will develop defensible eDiscovery strategies across matter lifecycles, advise on protocols and holds, and train clients in workflows and tools, all while managing multiple matters with confidentiality and high service levels.

Qualifications

• JD from a highly regarded law school required.
• At least 3 years of civil litigation experience including discovery workflows, protocols, and motions to compel.
• Experience in the construction or energy industries preferred.
• Located in the Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas area.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day advisor and point of contact for clients, outside counsel, and internal technology professionals on eDiscovery matters.
