Job summary

Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to support our eDiscovery Services team in Atlanta, GA. The role requires 3 to 5 years of project management experience in a legal environment and a strong focus on data lifecycle, budgets, and security.

You will coordinate with legal teams, track progress, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain documentation using the firm's project management tools.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years serving in a project management role in a law firm or e-discovery environment.
• Knowledge of the EDRM lifecycle from collections through production.
• Familiar with ACEDS standards and Relativity usage.

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain proactive communication and record-keeping on all project details.
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure decisions align with EDRM best practices.
• Develop budgets and monitor costs across the matter lifecycle.
• Execute eDiscovery projects on time and within budget.
• Report on quality control across processing, review and production.
• Assist firm members with end-user functionality during the e-discovery process.
• Ensure data security by tracking custody and archival processes within PM software.
• Maintain action records using the Analyst tracking app and PM forms.
• Analyze workflows for process improvement and efficiency.
