Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to join our team supporting the legal organization within a large Federal agency. You will manage client expectations, coordinate Relativity workflows, and drive production and review tasks across multiple teams.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in eDiscovery, 2+ years in Relativity, and strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience.
• 3+ years in major lit support projects.
• 2+ years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and provide consultation for eDiscovery needs.
• Create fields, layouts and views in Relativity.
• Create batches of records for review in Relativity.
• Create Production sweeps and sets in Relativity.
• Develop and implement workflows and resources to progress work.
• Submit work orders for data processing, review and production.
• Conduct quality checks for instructions and final output.
• Communicate scope and deadlines to stakeholders.
• Establish informed project schedules based on activities and dependencies.
• Participate in kickoff calls and project closure tasks.
• Maintain understanding of e-discovery and industry tools.
