Team Lead Position

Epiq is gearing up for a very busy winter and has an immediate need for Team Leads who can assist with eDiscovery Document Review projects. Candidate Profile

• At least one year of experience as a Team Lead on document review projects at an eDiscovery services provider; or at least three years of experience in a QC role on document review projects at an eDiscovery services provider; or at least four years combined of experience in privilege log and QC roles on document review projects at an eDiscovery services provider
• At least six months of experience in document review since 2020 in a technologically secure, remote review environment used by a document review services provider. The candidate must also have high speed internet service, a computer using Windows 10 or Mac OS Mojave 10.14 or newer with audio functionality, and preferably two monitors or one large screen monitor
• Ability to identify material at an efficient pace with minimal errors for relevance, privilege, confidentiality, and redaction needs
• Proficiency in Relativity searching and document review workflows beyond first level review document coding, as well as a willingness to learn additional Relativity skills. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up saved searches
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including table and chart formatting skills, and use of functionality such as pivot tables and charts
• Clear and concise communication skills, including the ability to clearly relay information to a team of reviewers
• Ability to patiently answer substantive and procedural reviewer questions and provide reviewer feedback in a constructive and kind manner

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate or equivalent
• Active U.S. bar license in good standing
• Significant prior experience with Relativity and AI tools
• At least 2 years of Relativity experience
• Strong capabilities with Excel
• Strong written/verbal communication and facilitation skills for communicating at all levels
• Multi-tasking and attention to detail
• Ability to understand and dig into the substance of a matter
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours a week (full-time)

Pay Rate

$30-$36/hour
