This is a senior, wide-ranging role in an in-house eDiscovery team that serves the firm's Global Disputes practice, other practice groups and the firm's clients directly.

The firm treats eDiscovery as a core part of its disputes strategy, not a back-office function. You'll be its senior US technical voice. • Give expert guidance on current technology, including generative AI for culling, document review and identifying key information
  • Design and implement efficient, defensible workflows for investigations, discovery, cyber and other client data matters
  • Advise on data collection scope and method, including when to use third-party forensic providers
  • Evaluate, test and roll out new technologies, and manage relationships with software and service providers
  • Design and deliver education sessions for the global network, and produce presentations and materials for internal and external marketing
Requirements of an eDiscovery Director:
  • At least 13+ years of eDiscovery experience in a law firm or comparable professional services environment
  • Extensive Relativity experience at Relativity Master level, including the aiR suite of AI tools
  • Deep understanding of forensic data collection tools and techniques
  • Command of the relevant FRCP and regulator rules
  • A strong record of client relationship management with partners and senior stakeholders
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of the IT platforms typically connected with discovery exercises
  • A degree in Law, Computer Science or a related discipline
