Job summary

Linklaters is seeking an eDiscovery Attorney to provide US-qualified legal input on privilege, disclosure obligations and risk for litigation matters, investigations, and regulatory cases.

You will coordinate with the eDiscovery team, sign off on workflows, and help plan preservation, collection, review and production activities, ensuring proportional and compliant strategies. The role involves cross‑team liaison and client updates.

Qualifications

• US-qualified lawyer with a minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience

Responsibilities

• Provide US-qualified legal advice and sign-off on privilege, disclosure obligations and legal risk within eDiscovery strategy.

Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, performance, qualifications, degrees and location, as well as the needs of the firm. The total compensation package for this position may include overtime pay, discretionary bonuses and other benefits.
