Job summary

Stinson Leonard Street LLP is seeking an eDiscovery & Practice Support Analyst (MPL) to provide technical support for data requests, including database creation, imports/exports, and data processing within Relativity and related tools.

The role emphasizes QA on productions, archiving Relativity databases, and administrative tasks, with a strong focus on organization, deadlines, and client service in a hybrid Minneapolis setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years legal experience with a law firm or litigation support exposure.
• Associate degree required, preferably in technology or legal studies.
• Proficiency with Windows 10 & Microsoft Office.
• Experience processing data with knowledge of Relativity.

Responsibilities

• Data Management and Archiving (85%): Manage litigation databases and network drives; Import/Export data; Troubleshoot load files; Monitor Relativity hosting storage; Archive Relativity databases.
• Quality Assurance (5%): Perform QA checks for productions and new databases.
• General and Administrative (10%): Test and analyze new eDiscovery software; ensure data organization and accessibility; track time to client matters; support the team; attend to other duties as assigned.
