Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Legal Studies, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Entry-level experience; internships in law firm, legal dept, or IT environment preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and PivotTables; ability to learn complex databases.

Responsibilities

• Data Intake & Loading: securely receive, validate, and load electronic data with channel custody.
• Data Processing: perform filtering, deduplication, and file extraction under guidance.
• Database Administration: organize folder structures and configure review indexes.
• Quality Control: validate formatting, metadata, and completeness before release.
• Project Documentation: maintain trackers, update logs, and prepare status reports.
