Job summary

Array is seeking an entry-level eDiscovery Processing Technician to support legal teams in Sacramento by managing intake, processing, and organizing digital evidence. You will work closely with Processing Engineers to ensure datasets are properly structured, secure, and ready for attorney review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IS/CS/Legal Studies.
• Entry-level experience; internships in law firm or IT preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and PivotTables.
• Detail-oriented with methodical problem solving.
• Ability to meet court-mandated deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Data Intake & Loading: securely receive and load electronic data into eDiscovery platforms while maintaining chain-of-custody.
• Data Processing: perform filtering, deduplication, and file extraction under guidance.
• Database Administration: organize document folders and review indexes.
• Quality Control: validate formatting, metadata integrity, and completeness before release.
• Project Documentation: maintain trackers and status reports for milestones.
