Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking an experienced eDiscovery professional to support complex litigation matters for a client law firm. You will manage electronic evidence, apply RelativityOne analytics, and develop data workflows with attorneys and project managers to deliver accurate, secure, and timely results.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of litigation support experience with Relativity in a law firm or eDiscovery service provider environment.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency including workspace management, analytics, and scripting.
• Familiarity with the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS) principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, document production, quality control, and evidence tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and spreadsheet manipulation.
• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills when supporting attorneys and staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and project managers to translate case needs into practical data workflows.
• Apply RelativityOne analytics, artificial intelligence, and scripts to improve review efficiency and solve workspace challenges.
• Manage electronic evidence through intake, processing, loading, production, and archival.
• Configure and maintain RelativityOne case databases and support users with basic and advanced functionality.
• Validate data and deliverables through quality control checks, resolving accuracy or consistency issues.
• Protect confidential information through secure storage, chain-of-custody documentation, and detailed activity tracking.
