Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC, on behalf of a client law firm, seeks an experienced eDiscovery professional to manage electronic evidence and apply RelativityOne analytics for complex litigation. You will collaborate with attorneys and project managers to deliver accurate, secure results and maintain RelativityOne databases.

The role requires five+ years of Relativity-based litigation support, advanced RelativityOne skills, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of litigation support experience with Relativity in law firms or eDiscovery providers.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency including workspace management, analytics, and scripting.
• Experience with EDRM and ACEDS principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, production, quality control, and evidence tracking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong attention to detail and communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and project managers to translate case needs into data workflows.
• Apply RelativityOne analytics, AI, and scripting to improve review efficiency.
• Manage electronic evidence through intake, processing, loading, production, and archival.
• Configure and maintain RelativityOne case databases and assist users.
• Validate data and deliverables through quality control checks.
• Protect confidential information with secure storage and chain-of-custody documentation.
