Job summary

ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC is seeking an experienced eDiscovery professional to manage electronic evidence, apply RelativityOne tools, and collaborate with attorneys and project managers to ensure precise, secure, and timely results.

The role requires five years of litigation support experience with Relativity, strong analytics, and knowledge of EDRM/ACEDS principles. Flexibility in schedule is common for case deadlines.

Qualifications

• Five years of litigation support experience using Relativity and advanced analytics.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency including workspace management and scripting.
• Familiarity with EDRM and ACEDS principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, document production, QC, and evidence tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including spreadsheet manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and project managers to translate case needs into data workflows.
• Apply RelativityOne analytics, AI, and scripts to improve review efficiency.
• Manage electronic evidence through intake, processing, loading, production, and archival.
• Configure and maintain RelativityOne case databases and support users.
• Validate data and deliverables through quality control checks.
• Protect confidential information through secure storage and chain-of-custody documentation.
