Job summary

Our client, a law firm, seeks an experienced eDiscovery professional to manage electronic evidence, apply RelativityOne analytics, and collaborate with attorneys and project managers to deliver accurate, secure results.

Responsibilities include data workflows, database configuration, and quality control across intake, processing, production, and archival. Strong scripting, ACEDS/EDRM knowledge, and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of litigation support experience using Relativity in a law firm or eDiscovery service provider.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency including workspace management, analytics and scripting.
• Knowledge of EDRM and ACEDS principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, document production, quality control, and evidence tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and spreadsheet manipulation.
• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Translate case needs into practical data workflows with attorneys and project managers.
• Apply RelativityOne analytics, AI, and scripts to improve review efficiency.
• Manage electronic evidence through intake, processing, loading, production, and archival.
• Configure and maintain RelativityOne case databases; support users with functionality.
• Validate data and deliverables through quality control checks and issue resolution.
• Protect confidential information via secure storage and chain-of-custody documentation.
