Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced eDiscovery contractor for Boston, MA. The role involves logging productions, digesting cover letters, and ensuring data loads into Relativity while following strict protocols for various document types.

Candidates must have 3+ years in eDiscovery, a BS/BA or equivalent, strong analysis and communications, and be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Responsibilities include virus scanning, password retrieval when encrypted, and monitoring incoming

Qualifications

Three years of eDiscovery experience.
Bachelor’s degree (or 3 years of additional, directly relevant work experience in lieu of degree).
Knowledge of information resources.
Excellent analytical capabilities.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to deliver high-quality work under extreme pressure and tight deadlines.
Experience managing multiple tasks as defined in duties above.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

Log the production in the Agency's eDiscovery Tracking System.
Digest the cover letter and provide a brief production description.
If encrypted, obtain the password from the producing party.
Determine if the cover letter qualifies for loading into Relativity.
Virus scan the production with multiple protection tools.
Follow protocol to address or reject issues.
Copy clean productions to the Agency network.
Follow protocols for various document types (e.g., whistleblower, MOUs, BSA, audio files).
Analyze productions to determine required processing and protocol.
Ensure data completeness and load readiness; coordinate with Litigation Support.
Monitor for new productions via email and FTP.
Scan small paper documents and coordinate off-site scanning for multi-box productions.
