Job summary

Deep Roots Harvest is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join the Production team in Mesquite, NV. You will help create infused edible products under the Kitchen Supervisor, ensuring cleanliness and regulatory compliance across shifts.

The role requires knowledge of health and sanitation procedures and the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior production experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in producing infused edible products under supervision.
• Maintain station sanitation and readiness before and after shifts.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and health department regulations.
• Document and help improve internal processes for Production.
• Ensure standards for processing edibles are followed and quality is maintained.
