Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Kitchen Technician in Tooele, UT to prepare, cook, and package cannabis-infused edible products in a fast-paced prep kitchen. You will follow recipes precisely, operate and clean equipment, and maintain accurate production records to meet state regulations.

The role emphasizes GMP/HACCP compliance, strict hygiene, and collaboration with a supportive team to deliver high-quality edibles for medical and adult-use markets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Prior food service or kitchen experience preferred.
• ServeSafe certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prep, cook, and package cannabis-infused edible products.
• Operate, clean, and care for kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Follow recipes and procedures to complete production orders with accuracy and quality.
• Keep simple, accurate records to track product quality and meet state regulations.
• Follow GMP/HACCP food-safety guidelines and company standards daily.
• Wear required PPE and maintain excellent hygiene.
• Help introduce new systems and processes to improve edibles production.
• Work in a professional prep-kitchen alongside a supportive team.
