Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Kitchen Technician in Taneytown, MD to prepare, cook, and package cannabis-infused edible products in a fast-paced prep-kitchen environment. You will follow recipes, operate and maintain equipment, and ensure high-quality products for patients and customers.

You will join a collaborative team, adhere to GMP/HACCP standards, and maintain precise records while upholding safety and hygiene. This role offers full-time hours and a fixed day shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Excellent hand–eye coordination and steady manual dexterity.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prep, cook, and package cannabis-infused edible products.
• Operate, clean, and care for kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Follow recipes and step-by-step procedures to complete production orders with accuracy and consistent quality.
• Keep simple, accurate records to track product quality and meet state regulations.
• Follow food-safety guidelines (GMP, HACCP) and company quality standards every day.
• Wear the required PPE and maintain excellent hygiene.
• Help introduce new systems and processes that improve how edibles are made.
• Work in a professional prep-kitchen environment alongside a supportive team.
