Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Experience harvesting in a professional or home setting (gardening counts).
• Strong documentation, inventory and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily plant care: cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming, staking and pruning.
• Track humidity, moisture and temperature to maintain growing conditions.
• Inspect plants for leaf health, pests or disease and remove nonconforming plants.
• Assist with harvest: cutting, trimming, weighing and recording inventory.
• Support curing: hang and dry flowers, monitor climate, label and weigh products.
• Operate and maintain lighting, irrigation and climate-control systems; keep areas clean and sanitized.
• Assist during high-demand periods to prepare and package products.
• Label plants and enter inventory in the system per state regulations.
