Qualifications

• Approximately 1-year experience in the Breaking Department with cross-training in the tanker bay area under close supervision.
• Knowledge of production flow, mixing, USDA and company standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. safely.

Responsibilities

• Transfer edible liquid egg for final distribution meeting USDA and company specifications.
• Monitor and document all tanks and tankers.
• Control the flow of egg via computer panel.
