Job summary

Curaleaf in Simsbury, CT is seeking a Kitchen Technician to produce premium cannabis-infused edibles for patients and customers. You will prep, cook, and package products following GMP, HACCP, and QA standards, while documenting each production step and maintaining safety.

This full-time, non-exempt role runs Monday–Thursday 6am–4:30pm with an hourly pay range of $18–$19.75. You’ll join a collaborative team focused on quality and compliance, with benefits and growth opportunities in a leading

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Prep, cook, and package edibles in compliance with strict standards.
Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are clean, functional, and ready for use.
Follow department SOPs, recipes, and regulations like GMP, HACCP, and QA.
Document every step of production to maintain compliance and consistency.
Follow PPE requirements and ensure a safe, clean work environment.
Adapt to new systems and processes while supporting your team in achieving production goals
