Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Production Technician in Simsbury, CT. This full-time role involves packaging dried flower, pre-rolls, vape products, and infused items, with a Monday–Friday 6:00am–2:30pm shift.

You will stage materials, perform QA checks, and ensure precise labeling while following safety procedures and SOPs. You will work to boost efficiency, maintain clean working areas, and ensure products meet Curaleaf’s quality standards before they reach customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior manufacturing or packaging experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow clear procedures and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Stage products and packaging materials across production lines while performing quality assurance checks.
• Boost operational efficiency by collaborating with the team and communicating effectively.
• Conduct in-process and final quality checks, including testing, visual inspections, and precise weighing.
• Keep the extraction room organized, clean, and inspection-ready.
• Ensure accurate labeling and full compliance with state regulations.
