Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking an EDI/XML Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Intermediate to provide senior-level technical expertise across IT domains, including information systems architecture, telecommunications systems, and security engineering. You will work on executive-level teams, setting technical direction and delivering innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in IT, CS, engineering, or information systems.
• Secret clearance; High Risk, Critical Sensitive, Tier 5/SSBI investigation at time of proposal.
• IAT Level III – CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, or CCSP.
• Cisco Certified Network Professional-Enterprise (CCNP-E).
• Check Point Certified Security Administrator (CCSA), in addition to the Cisco certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support, analysis, and research for complex IT problems and processes.
• Serve as a technical expert on executive-level project teams and provide technical direction, interpretation, and alternatives.
• Develop technical solutions to complex problems using independent judgment, ingenuity, and creativity.
• Apply extensive technical expertise and knowledge of related disciplines to support successful completion of major programs.
• Establish technical objectives and execute assignments with minimal direction.
• Provide technical expertise in information systems architecture, telecommunications systems design and implementation, systems integration, security engineering, and communications/network systems management.
• Communicate complex technical information effectively through strong written and oral communications.
• Provide project or technical leadership when required.
• Other duties as assigned.
