Syms Strategic Group (SSG) is seeking an Edifecs EDI Analyst Transaction Specialist to own EDI workflows and resolve complex 270/271, 276/277, 820, 834, 835, 837, 999/277CA transactions. The role is remote in the United States and requires 8+ years in EDI/healthcare with a Public Trust MB I clearance.

You will collaborate with DevSecOps, cloud and business teams, ensure data quality, and support audits while maintaining vendor partner guidelines and SNIP compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Edifecs EDI experience in healthcare or enterprise operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Strong understanding of EDI X.12, SNIP validations, and error analysis at segment level.
• Experience with Edifecs XEngine validation results and workflow rules.
• Proficiency with AWS cloud environments and SQL for data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Own functional EDI workflows, partner requirements, and data validation rules.
• Interpret and troubleshoot transaction sets and validate payloads.
• Analyze SNIP compliance, companion guides, and partner-specific rules.
• Document mappings and integration changes; collaborate with stakeholders.
• Support audit reviews, data quality guardrails, and incident resolution.
