Job summary

Uline is seeking an EDI Integration Analyst to support punchout catalog integrations on uline.com and coordinate EDI efforts across eCommerce, Sales, and IT teams. This on-site role in Wisconsin focuses on analyzing EDI solutions, testing implementations, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

You will document processes and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate, reliable data exchange with partners and customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems, IT or a related field.
Prior Electronic Data Interchange or Punchout Catalog experience preferred.
Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Organized with strong multitasking and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze and develop Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and punchout catalog solutions for Uline's website that address customer and business needs.
Serve as a liaison between Uline's eCommerce, Sales and IT teams and our customers to implement new EDI integrations and enhancements.
Assist with testing new EDI and punchout catalog solutions and troubleshoot issues to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Create and maintain clear documentation, procedure guides and progress reports to inform internal teams.
