Job summary

Uline, headquartered in Pleasant Prairie, WI, is seeking an EDI Integration Analyst to help our eCommerce and B2B teams deliver seamless EDI and punchout catalog solutions for our website.

You will analyze and develop EDI and punchout integrations, liaison between eCommerce, Sales and IT, assist testing, and maintain documentation to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, IT or a related field.
• Prior Electronic Data Interchange or Punchout Catalog experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Organized with strong multitasking and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and punchout catalog solutions for Uline’s website that address customer and business needs.
• Serve as a liaison between Uline’s eCommerce, Sales and IT teams and our customers to implement new EDI integrations and enhancements.
• Assist with testing new EDI and punchout catalog solutions and troubleshoot issues to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Create and maintain clear documentation, procedure guides and progress reports to inform internal teams.

Position Responsibilities
