Job summary

Uline, a Pleasant Prairie, WI-based supplier of shipping and packaging materials, is seeking an EDI Integration Analyst. This on-site role collaborates with eCommerce, Sales and IT to implement EDI integrations and punchout catalog solutions that enhance the B2B shopping experience.

You will analyze, test and document new EDI and punchout capabilities, while ensuring clear communication and timely delivery across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, IT or related field.
• Prior Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) or Punchout Catalog experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Organized with strong multitasking and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and punchout catalog solutions for Uline's website that address customer and business needs.
• Serve as a liaison between Uline's eCommerce, Sales and IT teams and our customers to implement new EDI integrations and enhancements.
• Assist with testing new EDI and punchout catalog solutions and troubleshoot issues to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Create and maintain clear documentation, procedure guides and progress reports to inform internal teams.
