Job summary

The Farmer’s Dog in New York City is seeking an experienced EDI Lead to own end‑to‑end EDI processes with our trading partners and internal teams. You will manage implementations, map standard transaction sets, and ensure data quality and regulatory compliance across procurement, logistics, and inventory.

This role demands cross‑functional collaboration and a proactive problem solver. You will work in an in‑office environment (SoHo) with the team, leveraging Boomi iPaaS and NetSuite integration

Qualifications

• 5 years in EDI implementation within the supply chain or logistics industry.
• Experience analyzing EDI transaction data for quality and compliance.
• Expert in Boomi iPaaS.
• Experience with NetSuite and corresponding EDI integrations.
• Expert in EDI transaction sets including 810, 850, 855, 856, 943, 944, 945, 846, 947.
• Experience with data warehousing (BigQuery) and BI tools (Looker, Hex).
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and validate data accuracy across the EDI pipeline.
• Analyze trends to identify root causes and reduce errors.
• Design, implement, and maintain EDI solutions across procurement and logistics.
• Develop and manage EDI maps for standard transaction sets.
• Lead onboarding of new trading partners and go-live support.
• Troubleshoot EDI transmissions and data issues across systems.
• Audit partner data for ANSI X12 compliance and privacy best practices.
• Maintain documentation of mappings and partner specs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data and coding discrepancies.
