Job summary

Uline is seeking an EDI Integration Analyst to design and implement EDI and punchout catalog solutions for our B2B website. You will collaborate with eCommerce, Sales, and IT teams to deliver seamless integrations and enhancements for customers.

The role involves testing new EDI/punchout solutions, diagnosing issues, and maintaining thorough documentation to keep internal teams informed. On-site work is required at Uline's facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, IT or related field.
• Prior Electronic Data Interchange or Punchout Catalog experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Organized with multitasking and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop EDI and punchout catalog solutions for Uline’s website.
• Serve as liaison between eCommerce, Sales and IT teams and customers to implement EDI integrations.
• Assist with testing new EDI and punchout catalog solutions and troubleshoot issues.
• Create and maintain clear documentation, procedure guides and progress reports.
