Job summary

Uline is seeking an EDI Integration Analyst to collaborate with eCommerce, Sales and IT teams to support a seamless shopping experience for B2B buyers via our punchout catalog on uline.com. This on-site role at our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI, requires a BS in information systems/IT or related field and experience with EDI/punchout catalogs.

You will analyze, develop, test, and document EDI solutions while helping improve our customer experience and internal processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, IT or a related field.
• Prior Electronic Data Interchange or Punchout Catalog experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Organized with strong multitasking and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop EDI and punchout catalog solutions for Uline’s website.
• Serve as a liaison between eCommerce, Sales and IT teams to implement new EDI integrations and enhancements.
• Assist with testing new EDI and punchout catalog solutions and troubleshoot issues for a seamless customer experience.
• Create and maintain clear documentation, procedure guides and progress reports for internal teams.

• Analyze and develop Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and punchout catalog solutions for Uline’s website that address customer and business needs.
• Serve as a liaison between Uline’s eCommerce, Sales and IT teams and our customers to implement new EDI integrations and enhancements.
