Uline is seeking an EDI Integration Analyst to optimize electronic data interchange and punchout catalog integrations for our B2B storefront. You’ll collaborate with eCommerce, Sales and IT teams to deliver seamless EDI solutions that meet customer and business needs, and you’ll help test and document new integrations.

This on-site role requires a bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks

• Create and maintain documentation, procedures and progress reports.

Position Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and punchout catalog solutions for Uline’s website that address customer and business needs.
• Serve as a liaison between Uline’s eCommerce, Sales and IT teams and our customers to implement new EDI integrations and enhancements.
• Assist with testing new EDI and punchout catalog solutions and troubleshoot issues to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Create and maintain clear documentation, procedure guides and progress reports to inform internal teams.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, IT or a related field.
• Prior Electronic Data Interchange or Punchout Catalog experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Organized with strong multitasking and time-management skills.
