Job summary

VeSync is seeking an EDI Integration Analyst to join our on-site team in Tustin, CA. You will design, configure, and maintain integrations using Celigo iPaaS, develop EDI solutions, and optimize NetSuite integrations across finance, sales, and inventory.

You will monitor EDI transactions, map transactions, collaborate with trading partners, and manage system health. Strong knowledge of Celigo, DSCO, CommerceHub, NetSuite, SPS Commerce and EDI standards is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 3+ years of experience in EDI management or system integration.
• Hands-on experience with Celigo, DSCO, CommerceHub, NetSuite, and SPS Commerce.
• Strong knowledge of EDI standards and data mapping.

The Opportunity:

As an EDI Integration Analyst at VeSync, you will be at the forefront of our technology operations, ensuring seamless integration of various systems to optimize our business functions. What you will do at VeSync:

Integration Management

• Design, configure, and maintain integrations using Celigo’s iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service).
• Develop and implement EDI solutions to facilitate data exchange between trading partners, suppliers, and internal systems.
• Manage integrations with DSCO, CommerceHub, and SPS Commerce to ensure seamless data flow and compliance.
• Optimize NetSuite integrations for various business functions including finance, sales, and inventory management.

EDI Operations

• Monitor EDI transactions and troubleshoot issues to ensure timely and accurate data exchange.
• Set up and manage EDI mapping and translation for various transaction types (e.g., purchase orders, invoices, shipping notices).
• Collaborate with trading partners and internal teams to resolve EDI-related issues and discrepancies.

System Administration

• Maintain and update integration platforms, ensuring efficient and secure operation.
• Perform regular system audits and health checks to identify and address potential issues.
• Implement and manage user roles and permissions within Celigo, DSCO, CommerceHub, NetSuite, and SPS Commerce platforms.

Project Management

• Lead and participate in integration projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
• Work closely with IT and business teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement integrations.
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on integration processes and best practices.

Documentation and Reporting

• Create and maintain detailed documentation for all integrations, EDI processes, and system configurations.
• Generate and analyze reports on integration performance, EDI transaction volumes, and error rates.
• Develop and present reports and dashboards to management and stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve integration processes and workflows.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to EDI and integration platforms.
• Implement enhancements and optimizations to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in EDI management, system integration, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with Celigo, DSCO, CommerceHub, NetSuite, and SPS Commerce.
• Proficiency in EDI standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and data mapping.
• Strong knowledge of integration platforms, especially Celigo.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, and other business applications.
• Understanding of APIs, web services, and data formats such as XML, JSON, and CSV.
• Experience with supply chain and logistics platforms like DSCO and CommerceHub.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications (Preferred)
• Celigo Certified Integration Specialist.
• EDI Certification (e.g., EC-Council Certified EDI Professional).
• NetSuite Certification (e.g., NetSuite Administrator, NetSuite ERP Consultant).
• Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM).

Location:This is an on-site, office-based role in Tustin, CA.

Salary: Starting at $100,000/year
