Job summary

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled EDI ERP Integration Analyst to join their team in Houston, TX. This is a high-impact contract-to-hire opportunity for someone who owns critical systems and enjoys fast-paced manufacturing environments.

You’ll take the lead on daily EDI operations, monitor transactions, troubleshoot data flow issues, and support ERP connectivity, PO/ASN/invoice workflows, and Pro2SQL replication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of EDI and ERP integration experience.
• Strong understanding of common EDI transaction sets.
• Experience monitoring, managing, and troubleshooting EDI environments.
• Background with any ERP platform.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, retail, or similar environments.
• Working knowledge of purchase orders, ASNs, invoices, and inventory.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday.
• Unable to provide sponsorship at this time.

Responsibilities

Job description

Compensation:

$45 - $60 /hour, depending on experience

This is a high-impact contract-to-hire opportunity for an EDI and ERP integration professional who enjoys owning critical systems support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll take the lead on EDI operations, help keep order-to-cash and supply chain transactions moving smoothly, and support key ERP and replication processes. This role was created to give the current team dedicated bandwidth and offers a strong chance to make an immediate difference.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage daily EDI operations and transaction monitoring
• Troubleshoot failed transactions and data flow issues
• Support ERP integration and system connectivity needs
• Work with purchase orders, ASNs, invoices, and inventory data
• Maintain awareness of shipping, receiving, and production workflows
• Support Pro2SQL replication processes
• Partner with internal teams to resolve integration issues quickly
• Help keep customer and supply chain transactions accurate

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years of EDI and ERP integration experience

• Experience with SPS Commerce, Cleo, Boomi, Sterling, or TrueCommerce
• Background with Radius ERP
• Experience with Pro2SQL replication
• Experience in production or distribution environments
