Job summary

HHAeXchange is seeking an Operations Analyst, EDI Enrollment, to drive enrollment for electronic healthcare transactions across payer, clearinghouse, and trading partner networks. You will own enrollment workflows, track progress, and ensure documentation is clear and compliant.

You will coordinate enrollments (837/835/270/271), maintain records in Salesforce, and collaborate with Customer Success, Project Management, and Revenue Cycle Operations to improve outcomes and scalability.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in healthcare operations, payer enrollment, or related operational roles.
• Knowledge of 837, 835, and eligibility transactions.
• Experience with payer enrollment programs and provider onboarding.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM for workflow management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage electronic transaction enrollment activities for enrollment types (837, 835, 270/271).
• Initiate, coordinate, track, and follow enrollment requests with payers and trading partners.
• Serve as the enrollment owner, ensuring timely follow-up and status updates.
• Maintain enrollment records and artifacts in Salesforce and other systems.
• Build relationships with payers, clearinghouses, and partners to support processing.
• Develop provider-facing enrollment guides and process documentation.
• Translate complex enrollment requirements into clear guidance for providers.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Project Management, and Revenue Cycle teams.
• Create SOPs and knowledge assets to promote scalable enrollment operations.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement and automation.
