Job summary

HHAeXchange is seeking an Operations Analyst, EDI Enrollment, to coordinate electronic transaction enrollment with payers, clearinghouses, and trading partners. You will own enrollment activities for 837, 835, and 270/271, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in healthcare operations, payer enrollment, revenue cycle support, or related roles.
• Working knowledge of healthcare electronic transactions (837, 835, 270/271) and payer enrollment processes.
• Experience with CRM/case management platforms such as Salesforce.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience creating process documentation or instructional materials.
• Bachelor's degree preferred as listed above.

Responsibilities

• Manage electronic transaction enrollment activities for supported transaction types, including 837, 835, 270/271.
• Initiate, coordinate, track, and facilitate enrollment requests through payer, clearinghouse, and trading partner enrollment systems.
• Serve as the operational owner of assigned enrollment activities, ensuring timely follow-up and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate enrollment records and status updates within Salesforce and other systems.
• Establish effective working relationships with payers, clearinghouses, and trading partners.
• Research and maintain expertise in enrollment requirements, policies, and processes.
• Develop and maintain provider-facing enrollment guides and process documentation with Customer Experience.
• Translate complex enrollment requirements into clear guidance for providers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate to publish and maintain customer-facing enrollment content and communications.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear provider responsibilities and status updates.
• Create and maintain SOPs, workflows, and internal knowledge assets for scalability.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve enrollment efficiency and provider experience.
• Support automation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
