Job summary

TrueScripts Management Services seeks a Data Engineer to design, build, and operate cloud-native data platforms in Microsoft Azure. You will create scalable data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration pipelines, and develop integrations with internal systems and external trading partners.

The role emphasizes secure data exchange, API design, and governance across data pipelines, enabling analytics, ML initiatives, and real-time processing in a healthcare context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Data Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of professional data engineering experience.
• Strong SQL development and SQL Server experience.
• Experience with ETL/ELT and large-scale data integrations.
• Cloud-based Azure design and implementation experience.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Storage, Functions, Logic Apps.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and support cloud-native data platforms and pipelines in Azure.
• Develop and maintain data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration pipelines.
• Create integrations between internal applications, external vendors, and data partners.
• Design APIs and file exchange processes for data exchange.
• Collaborate with Application Engineers on data access patterns and architectures.
• Build Azure storage platforms, databases, and data services for analytics.
• Ensure secure data exchange via APIs, SFTP, EDI, and healthcare data standards.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and recovery for data pipelines.
