Job summary

National Healthcare Solutions Group is seeking a File & Automation Manager to lead an Agile team overseeing EDI and data integration with clients and healthcare vendors. The role collaborates with Product/Project Management to maximize throughput and coordinates with third parties for file specs and delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in management and data integration, strong SQL Server experience, and familiarity with Azure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management, data integration, or a related role.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience or knowledge of SQL Server (Oracle) database management, writing queries, and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factories and cloud computing preferred.
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team, manage projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EDI systems setup, configuration, and maintenance.
• Ensure reliability and performance of EDI transactions and processes.
• Manage data integration projects with clients and healthcare vendors.
• Coordinate and delegate Integration project backlog with the team.
• Monitor data flow and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Migrate on-premises integrations to the cloud (Azure).
• Lead and mentor the File & Automation team.
• Foster Agile best practices with the Scrum Master.
• Ensure HIPAA and HITECH compliance in all EDI processes.
• Educate business partners on IT best practices.
