Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT with related work experience.
• 5–10 years in data exchange or EDI/API management; familiarity with X12 and EDIFACT.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Experience setting up and maintaining FTP processes across tools and data formats (JSON, XML, CSV).

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain data integration processes and interfaces with trading partners.
• Communicate requirements for onboarding trading partners.
• Support and enhance EDI systems, including X12 and EDIFACT.
• Configure and manage secure data transfer (FTP/SFTP) across platforms.
• Map data fields between systems and validate transformations for accuracy.
• Monitor daily data exchange activities and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with IT and business units.
• Coordinate testing and validation of integration solutions for smooth deployment.
