Glass Fabrication Company in Grand Rapids, near the airport, is seeking a dedicated Edger Operator for 1st shift. You will set up and operate the edger to polish glass edges, work with cut and temper lines, inspect quality, measure dimensions, and report issues. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Completion and passing score of a reading and tape measure assessment.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or fabrication preferred.
• Familiarity with glass production standards is a plus.
• Keen attention to detail and strong commitment to quality.
• Ability to safely and efficiently operate machinery.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to follow all safety protocols and guidelines.

We’re looking for a dedicated Fabrication Associate — Edger Operator to join our dynamic production team! In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our glass panels meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
