Job summary

Rockwell Automation is launching the EDGE program to accelerate the professional growth of future leaders and technical experts. This three-year program features cross-functional rotations across the Integrated Supply Chain, with a path to leadership or technical roles after graduation.

A January 11, 2027 start is anticipated, with bachelor’s or master’s degrees required beforehand. Location flexibility is offered with rotations across Wisconsin, Ohio, and other US sites; relocation is supported

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited university.
• Availability to relocate multiple times throughout the program.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
• We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

Responsibilities

• Complete 4 of your 5 rotations in core category and 1 rotation in the elective category.
• Develop skills in data analysis, project management and people leadership.
• Rotate through Operations engineering, planning and materials, and/or industrialization, quality or manufacturing engineering.
