Job summary

Rockwell Automation invites applications for its EDGE program, a three-year development path for early career professionals in the Integrated Supply Chain. The program offers 3-year rotations across operations engineering, planning and materials, and other areas, with one elective rotation and a capstone in plant supervision.

Relocation is required, with assignments across Wisconsin, Ohio and other US sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree required.
• Availability to relocate multiple times during the program.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Three, six-month rotations in operations engineering, planning and materials, and/or industrialization, quality or manufacturing engineering.
• One, six-month rotation in elective areas: strategic sourcing, logistics, and a capstone in plant supervision.
• Complete 4 of 5 rotations in core and 1 of 5 rotations in elective; gain mentoring and increasing responsibilities.
• Develop skills in data analysis, project management and people leadership.
