Associates may join information security, data analytics, AI and engineering tracks based on interests and demonstrated ability. The program emphasizes collaboration, learning, and hands-on impact.

Qualifications

• Graduating with a Bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited college or university prior to start date (~June/July 2027).
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Four six-month project assignments designed to build knowledge of Rockwell Automation products, processes, and technical skills.
• Rotations can be placed in technology development or analytics development tracks based on interests and skillsets.
• Collaborate across teams to apply AI concepts and data-driven approaches to real-world problems.
